MORE THAN AN APP - A PROTECTION TOOL
The Hesteka app
Report, share, help. Hesteka uses technology to serve animals and mobilizes a supportive community throughout France.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
To act in various ways
A comprehensive app to protect animals, find lost ones, and take concrete action with the community.
Report a lost pet
Lost your pet? Post an ad with all the details of its disappearance: description, last known location, photo. The Hesteka community is immediately alerted and mobilizes to help you find it.
Report a found animal
Have you found a lost-looking animal? Post an ad with all available information — breed, color, microchip, collar, to allow its owner to find it thanks to the community.
To protect an animal
Encounter a threatened or injured animal on your journey? Report it on the app and the community will come to your aid.
Engage with the community
With the in-app local chat, share useful information with your friends and the community for the well-being of our four-legged companions: tips, neighborhood alerts, feedback, and good deals for pets.
REWARDS
The Hesteka point system
Interacting with the community earns you points that you can redeem directly within the app. It's simple — every good deed is valued.

IN THE FIELD
Youth Employment Missions
Local missions allow you to directly help shelters and associations near you. You choose, you participate, you earn points.
Dog walking
Shelters are often short of volunteers for daily walks. Sign up for a walking session near you and give an hour of happiness to dogs waiting for a family.
Organizing collections
Help charities organize food, blanket or accessory drives. You become the link between the local community and those who need support.
Host family
Temporarily host an animal awaiting adoption. A mission with a strong human and animal impact — and one of the most rewarding you can do on Hesteka.
NATIONAL NETWORK
Collection points
Everything you no longer use can help more than you think. Collection points are listed in the app so you can find one near you.
Food, blankets, toys, accessories — every donation counts for Hesteka's partner shelters and associations.
